- Appointment portal slots are valid for every 30 days. If you would like to book an appointment further out, please contact directly at (817) 953-ESTE
- A VALID credit card or debit card is required in order to book your appointment whether booked online, in person or over the phone. Deposits are required for all appointments and will vary based on which service is booked. Deposits are credited to your appointment and the remaining balance will be paid at the completion of service.
- All appointments will be scheduled at the location 5441 S. Hulen St. Fort Worth Tx 76132.
- Consultation and consent forms will be attached to each appointment scheduled and is required to confirm appointments;
- Due to limited seating, we are unable to accommodate extra guest in the treatment room, waiting area is provided
- Clients late over 15 minutes will have to reschedule depending on the next appointment time scheduled after their service. This ensures ALL clients have adequate time for their service request.

Cancellations & No Call No Show
- ALL No Call/ No show appointments will be charged an additional 10% fee separated from deposit, no exceptions.
- There will be a 30% cancellation fee if the appointment is not canceled by deadline. Deposits are not credited to the next appointment. New appointment, new deposit.
- All deposits associated with your appointment are non- refundable and non transferable. The appointment must be canceled prior to the cancellation deadline to avoid being charged.
- Cancellation policies are enforced to protect both the client and the service provider. Notify BestEtician Beauty Bar if there is a need to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance in order to not be charged the 10% cancellation fee.
Children Policy
- Please, no children in the treatment rooms. Services provided take a lot of concentration and we ask that there are no distractions in the room. Please have a care provider accompany children under 12 in the lobby, unfortunately we are unable to watch children for you and will not be held responsible. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment in the event children are present and unsupervised in which case our cancellation policy may take effect.
Wax Policy
- -Deposits are required for all appointments and are credited to the cost of your appointment. The remaining balance will be paid in full at the completion of service provided.
- -Clients must be at least 15 of age to receive services, Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by one adult and parental consent form required.
- -Hygiene is important, clients must come fresh, clean and ready to receive service for hair removal. If you need to use the bathroom, please do so before the appointment.
- -Please advise your service provider of any health care concerns or contraindications that will prevent you from have a waxing service
- -We ask that all phones are off or on silent in the treatment room. This will minimize distractions of service.
Lash Policy
- -Deposits are required for all appointments whether that is a full set appointment, fill or lash tabbs. Remaining balance is paid in full at the completion of your service
- -Clients must be at least 15 of age to receive services, Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by one adult and parental consent form required.
- -Clients must be able to lay on their back for an estimated time of two hours or more.
- -Please remove all makeup before the Lash session. Eyes must be thoroughly cleaned, oil and product free upon arrival to appointment. If not, there will be an express facial fee automatically charged to the service of $15. The licensed professionals are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.
- -Contact wearing clients, please bring a contact case. Contacts are prohibited to be worn during lash application services. We also recommend waiting at least 12 to 24 hours after services before wearing contacts again. Doing so will minimize potential infections or irritations to the eye area.
- -NO CAFFEINE at least 12 hours prior to your appointment; this will reduce your eyes from quivering or twitching during your lash appointment.
- -If more than 50% of lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered to get a full set.
- 2 Week Fill – 30% of less lash loss of initial set (Base price for fill sets listed)
- 3 Week Fill – 50% lash loss of initial sets; additional $10
- 4+ Week – New Set of lashes ; Even if you have great retention lashes need to be maintained to ensure lashes are happy and healthy.
- -NO FOREIGN FILLS- We will not work over another lash artist’s work. We will kindly book a lash removal service. There is a lash removal fee.
- -We ask that all phones are off or on silent in the treatment room. This will minimize distractions due to clients eyes being closed while receiving lash extension services until session is complete
Facial Policy
- Deposits are required to book all appointments.
- Recommended for the face to be cleansed and free from any makeup, cosmetics or piercings.
- Clients must be able to lay on their back for an average of an hour or more.
- Clients must be at least 15 of age to receive services, Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by one adult and parental consent form required.
- Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services. Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following contraindications
- Cancer
- Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure
- Swollen or painful lymph nodes
- Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis
- New injury of any kind
- Open sores
- Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)
- Diabete
- Blood Disorder and Disease
Service providers have the right to refuse service for the safety of the client and self.
- Individuals who have received Botox, or dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro needling, micro blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatment with laser or ultrasound. MUST WAIT at least 2 weeks of treatment before any facial treatment can be performed.
- Individual prescribed Accutane (Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait 6-12 months after completion of prescription before any facial treatment can be performed.
- We ask that all phones are off or on silent in the treatment room. This will minimize distractions during the requested services.
Makeup Policy
- Deposits are required for ALL appointments.
- Skin must be thoroughly cleansed from previous cosmetics or piercings.
- Clients must be at least 15 years of age to receive services. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and a parental consent form is required.
- Please advise the service provider of any contraindications that will affect your services. The following contraindication may affect your appointment
- Conjunctivitis (PINK EYE)
- Eczema
- Warts or Styes
- Deep sunburn
- Open wounds or cuts
- Active cold sores
The Service provider has the right to refuse service for the safety of the client and self.
